Fans alike were finally proud to see the glimmers of hope for southern hip-hop. Post pandemic, pre Killer Mike's classic uprooting Andre Benjamin from his flute, only the "Big 3" were making waves. Enter 2022... a collaborative single titled "Gutta Baby" alongside fellow MC & Albanian Swishaman Slim emerged. Coupled with a visual shot by the legendary Bray Stevenson, the Disco universe erupted. Without taking their foot off the brake, almost within the same month, the smash hit titled "Left Her" was released. Then, their progress would reach a screeching hault. It would be the year 2023 before the world would hear a peep from the hometeam with the release of "Disco Rothschild." A modern trap ensemble recorded the previous year. Kofi Jenkins would betray a lifelong lover and friend while relocating the company to NYC. The Rude Boi welcomed a new baby boy into the world, as well as a new management position, leaving him to choose responsibility over music.
